Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase but we understand that mistakes can be made when shopping online.

If you are not happy with your purchase, full priced items can be returned for a Store Credit. You can then use this credit to purchase your new item. Credit notes expire within 12 months, and can be used on any item in store.

We do not offer refunds on change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases, however we can offer you a store credit. Customers who receive an item with a manufacturing faulty or an incorrect item to the one they ordered are entitled to a full refund. Please contact amberglow@ajoy.com.au if this has occurred.

Please note any order cancellations will result in a store credit valid for 12 months. We do not refund for change of mind on orders which have not been dispatched.

 

CONDITIONS

  • All items must be returned in their original conditions with all packaging and tags attached.
  • Clothing will only be accepted if returned in its original clean condition: unworn, unwashed, unperfumed, free from makeup and stains.
  • We do not hold items for exchange while your returned item is being sent back to you
  • Postage costs must be covered by the customer to send the item back to us
  • We recommend using a traceable delivery method for all returns to insure your delivery is returned back safely to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.
  • THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS

 

AUSTRALIAN RETURNS

  • Please download this form and include it in your return
  • Returns must be returned within 14 days of purchase, any items returned after 14 days of purchase will not be accepted
  • If your return has been accepted, you will be notified via email regarding your store credit being added to your account and how to use it
  • For purchases using discount codes, you will receive a credit for the price of the item only after the discount
  • For full price returns, we will send you a store credit of the item(s) returned plus a postage credit (i.e. if your returned item was $60 AUD, we will provide you with $69.95 AUD credit). Any subsequent returns that were purchased using your store credit (2nd time returning) will not be entitled to free shipping
  • THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS
  • Unreturnable items that do not satisfy the above Conditions of Returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Your item will be held until postage is covered for return back to you

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • If your returns has been accepted, you will be notified via email regarding your store credit being added to your account and how to use it
  • For purchases using discount codes, you will receive a credit for the price of the item only after the discount
  • Postage must be covered to send the item back to us
  • THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS
