If you are shopping for yourself then you are one of our lovely retail customers. If you are looking to buy stock for your store, then you fall under the wholesale category.
- What methods of payment do you accept?
Online orders can be processed using Mastercard, Visa, Paypal and Afterpay.
- Can I purchase Style State garments in store?
Absolutely! We have lovely stockists situated all over the world. You can visit our stockists page here to look up your closest store. Needing a stockist in your area? We’d love to hear from you! Email email@example.com with your post code or preferable boutique and we’ll work on it.
- I own a store. Am I able purchase Style State stock for it?
Absolutely! If you’d like to receive a copy of our buyers kit, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or apply via our wholesale customer sign up page here.
- Do you have a minimum order?
Absolutely not! We have no minimum order expectations for both retail and wholesale customers, ensuring that you only have to purchase pieces that you absolutely love!
- Do you have a size guide?
We do! It’s always been our mission to get fit right, and have you feeling great. Sizing details can be accessed on individual product pages in the “size guide” tab, or by clicking here.
- What is afterpay?
Afterpay is an alternate method of payment that is offered at checkout, which allows you to pay off your order in fortnightly instalments. For more information regarding Afterpay and their services, you can visit the afterpay FAQ page by clicking here.
- Who do I contact if I’m having trouble ordering online?
Please feel free to chat or email us using the 'Live Chat' button on our site (bottom right corner of the screen) during the hours of 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.

- Do you restock?
We occasionally do restock styles upon popular demand, however for the most part no we don’t restock. With so many new styles arriving every week, you’re bound to see something similar arriving again soon though.
- Where are Style State garments made?
The Style State label is designed in Australian and manufactured internationally. We are able to confirm that our international factories are all Fair Trade Approved and inspected by our Australian team on a regular basis.
- How much will shipping be?
Shipping costs will depend on what location you are from, and whether you are shopping as a wholesale or retail customer. Don’t worry, we’ve broken it down clearly for you. Please visit our Shipping Information page here for more details.
- Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to anywhere in the world!
- What time can I expect my delivery?
Deliveries can be made anytime between 9am and 6pm however our couriers do their best to deliver your parcels to fit around your lifestyle.
- What if my item is faulty when I receive it?
We will accept returns if you have found a fault with your garment/s. Items can be returned to us, provided that:
- Items are returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items are unworn and unwashed.
- Items have all Style State tags still attached.
To organize a return, please email a quick image of the fault you found to firstname.lastname@example.org and you will be issued with further instructions.
We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns Policy. The cost of the returns is the responsibility of the customer, with the exception of wholesale customers only will be reimbursed for their postage in the event of a return.
- My item isn’t quite right. Can I exchange my garment for another size/style?
We do accept exchanges for retail customers only. To organize an exchange, it’s best to get in touch with our customer care team at email@example.com right away. In cases where we are out of stock, credit will be gifted to the customer to spend in future instead.
- I have changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately as we do same day dispatch, we cannot cancel your order once it has been processed. If you would like to adjust your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org right away and we’ll be able to check if it is yet to leave our warehouse.
- How do I track my order?
Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number included. Please allow some time for this to come through, and be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder for your tracking number if it doesn’t appear within 24 hours. If you are still unable to locate tracking after this time period, you are welcome to contact us via ‘live chat’ or by emailing email@example.com to receive your tracking number.

- How do I use a discount code?
Once you’re finished shopping and you reach the checkout, you will see a promo box. Enter your discount code into the Promo Box and click “Apply Code”. Your discount will not be added to delivery charges, sale items or excluded collections and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- I have more than one discount code, can I use both on my order?
Unfortunately discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Only one discount code is permitted per order.
- What happens if I forgot to use my discount code?
Oops! We are sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, once your order has been placed it is automatically processed and we are unable to manually add the discount. Please remember that valid codes may still be used towards future Style State orders. Check the conditions of the current promotion to check if you’ll be able to place another order while the code is still valid.
- Why has my order been cancelled?
On occasion, our items can sell out very quickly and the stock you have ordered can become unavailable. This is a rare occurrence, but if an item you ordered does happen to sell out we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation with you .
- Why has my payment via afterpay rejected?
As Afterpay is a third party checkout option, we are unable to control which order amounts are approved and denied by Afterpay. As this service was developed with retail customers in mind, we recommend using afterpay on orders up to the value of $500 AUD, to ensure a successful checkout.
- How do I create an account?
To shop with Style State, you’ll need to first create an account with us. To get started click here, or have fun shopping and you will be prompted to create an account at checkout.
- Why can’t I sign into my account?
Please ensure that you have entered the correct username and password to sign into your account. If you have forgotten your password, visit the forgotten password link to reset. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact our customer care team at email firstname.lastname@example.org and a team member will help you out.
- How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, simply select the Forgotten Password link and you will be sent an email which will explain how you can change your password.
If you are able to log into your account, you can visit the My Account section and click the “Account Information” tab where you will find a “change password” checkbox.
- How do I change the details on my account?
All of your stored details can be accessed under our My Account section. Please log in and browse the my account menu on left hand side, and press the grey pencil icons to update and change information as you please.
- How can I close my account?
You can close your account by contacting our customer care team at email@example.com with the following information:
- Your Full Name
- Your email address
- Your billing address
- Your date of birth.
Once we have received this information, we will proceed to close your account and send you a confirmation email.
- How do I subscribe/unsubscribe from the newsletter?
If you want to keep up to date with our newest arrivals, current promotions and news on the hottest trends then be sure to sign up for our newsletter! To sign up, simply scroll to the bottom of our website and enter your email address in the newsletter field.
To unsubscribe from our newsletter service, follow one of two ways below. - Scroll to the bottom of any of our emails and click “unsubscribe”. - Log in to your Style State account and visit the “Newsletter Subscriptions” tab.
